1. What SeatResale is — and is not
SeatResale is an information service. We list live events and show the published face value of tickets for them, together with the date we last confirmed that price.
We do not sell tickets. We are not a ticket seller, not a ticket reseller, not a broker, and not a secondary marketplace. We hold no inventory and take no payment. When you choose to buy, you leave this site and transact entirely with the official seller under their terms.
We are not affiliated with any venue, performer, team, promoter, or primary ticketing company named on this site, and none of them endorse or sponsor us.
2. What the prices mean
Prices shown are the primary face value published by the official seller. They are not resale prices and they are not all-in totals: service fees, delivery fees and taxes are added by the seller at checkout and are not included in the figure shown here.
Every price carries the time we last confirmed it. Prices change without notice and may differ by the time you reach the seller. We re-check daily and stop displaying a price entirely once it has gone more than seven days without confirmation, rather than showing you a stale number.
We only list events for which we hold a confirmed price. If an event is not listed, it means we do not have verified price data for it — not that tickets are unavailable.
3. Where the information comes from
Event, venue, performer, artwork and price data is supplied by the Ticketmaster Discovery API and is used under its developer terms. Event images are supplied by the rights-holder through that feed. Ticketmaster and other names and marks on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the events they relate to.
If you own event content shown here and want it removed, email support@seatresale.com and we will remove it within 24 hours.
4. Accuracy
We take reasonable care, but event details and prices come from third parties and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Times, line-ups and venues change. Always confirm details with the official seller or venue before making plans or purchases. We provide no warranty that any information here is accurate, complete or current.
5. Links to other sites
Links to sellers and venues are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, prices, availability or practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
We currently receive no commission or payment for any link on this site. If that changes, we will disclose it clearly and prominently at the point of the link — not buried in this page.
6. Acceptable use
Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape, bulk download, resell or redistribute the data, interfere with the service, or use automated means to access it beyond ordinary browsing.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of it or from any transaction you enter into with a third party found through it.
